Setting up and using a PayPal account
Due to high monthly fees, Brasslite does not have a standard credit card merchant account. For convenience a credit card payment option using PayPal is provided. PayPal is very secure and easy to use. One great feature about PayPal is that merchants never see the buyer's credit card number. When you click on the PayPal button above you will be redirected to PayPal's site. Click the link that says "Sign up for your FREE PayPal account". You will be asked to provide your name, credit card information, and shipping information. You will choose an account name and a password. This information is stored on PayPal's servers and you can use your PayPal account to pay for a variety of products on the internet, especially nearly everything offered for sale on eBay.
To pay for your order with PayPal, go to the Brasslite order page and click on the button next to the item you want. You will be directed to a shopping cart list showing your item(s). To add more items to the cart, use the "continue shopping" button to be directed back to the order page. If you want to delete an item, check the "remove" box and then click "update cart" below. When you are finished, click "check out" and continue following the directions. When your order is completed your address and order information will be emailed to me by PayPal, and you should receive a confirmation email from PayPal notifying you that the transaction is completed. If you don't receive that confirmation email, it means your transaction probably did not go through successfully (this rarely happens).
