The
Brasslite TrailBaker™ is an ultra-light
baking insert designed for use in your cook pot.*
Unlike another baking system available on the market, the Brasslite TrailBaker™
is a dry-heat system that uses no water. The TrailBaker™ will make nearly
any recipe you could make at home in an oven and turn it out with a great
crust and texture that cannot be achieved with "boil-in-bag" systems.
*Note: The Brasslite TrailBaker™ is compatible
with Brasslite Turbo model stoves and certain butane/propane cartridge stoves.
When used with a butane cartridge stove, care must be taken to avoid overheating
the gas canister. It is not compatible with other Brasslite models
(Micro, Solo, Duo), any model of white gas stove or wood stove! It cannot
be used with a coated pot. Using the TrailBaker™ with a coated pot will
ruin the pot. The TrailBaker™ system heats your cook pot to a high temperature
(350-450 F) which discolors the bottom of the cook pot, but does not affect
its functioning. If you're concerned about your cook pot discoloring, do not
buy this product. The TrailBaker™ pan insert will fit pots that have
a diameter of 5.5 inches (14 cm) or more. A 6 inch (15 cm) diameter pot is
